Search for Listings

There are multiple ways to search for your listings and past sales/rentals in Agentbox. Here we will demonstrate how to search for a listing using the Universal Search Bar, the Left Property Panel and the Advanced Property Search.
 

 

 

Universal Search Bar

 

1. Click on Listings from the Universal Search Bar at the top of the screen

2. Enter Listing ID, Street Number, Name or Suburb Name

 

3. A list of properties will appear in a drop-down

4. Click on the Property to open the property card

Left Panel Fast Find

 

1. Click on the Properties Icon from the main menu

2. Tab across to search either your Available, Upcoming Inspections or Off Market properties

3. Enter a Search Criteria e.g. Street Name in the Left Panel Search

4. Click on your Listing from the Property Results List


5. Property Card will appear on screen.

Advanced Property Search

 

1. Click on the Properties icon from the Main Menu
