ABA Payment Set Up


 

*Note: users can only set up the ability to Bulk EFT once  the office trust account details have been entered. Please go to Bank Accounts to complete this step.

 

 

1. Select Settings from the main menu and the Bank Accounts tab

 

 

2. Select the pencil to edit the trust account details

 

 

 

3. Under Bulk EFT (ABA File) Setup enter the Bank Code/Payment, User ID and Payment User Name

*Note: this information will be provided to you by your bank
 

4.  Tick Self Balancing Entry default if required

*Note: By default, all ABA files will include a Self-Balancing (Debit) Entry. If your bank/account doesn't support inclusion of a Self-Balancing (Debit) Entry, un-tick ‘Include’ here. You will still have the option to include or not include this entry at the time of ABA file generation - this will only set the default value. Please check with your bank to see if they require this.  


5. Click Submit  to save your changes


6. Repeat these steps for each trust account if required
