Add Contact In Mobile App

1. Tap on "Quick Add" and select Add a Contact.
 

          
 

 

2. Enter the first name, last name, and a method of contact.


Select Additional Details, scroll down to add subscriptions, contact classes, and any further information as designated. Click Save once completed.
 

     


If no existing record is found, you will be able to save and close the contact.

 

4. If an existing record is found where you do not have access, you will be alerted as per the below:
 

  • Option 1: Assign and View [Contact]. This will direct you to the existing contact where you will become assigned to the contact record.
  • Option 2: Update contact details. This allows you to return to the current contact, where to save, you must ensure all information provided is unique.
     

 

6. If an existing record is found where you do have access, you will be alerted as per the below:
 

  • Option 1: View [Contact]. This will direct you to the existing contact contact record.
  • Option 2: Update contact details. This allows you to return to the current contact, where to save, you must ensure all information provided is unique.
     

 

7. Alternatively, you can access the 'Create Contact' action when viewing the contacts list.
 

*Note: Access to the contact will be provided based on the existing contact rules set in System Configuration > Advanced > Existing Contacts.
