Advanced Contact Search
2. Click Advanced Search from the left panel
3. Enter your Search Criteria into the appropriate fields. For example, you might search for all of your Active Buyers looking for a 3 bedroom house in Sydney.
You can search by:
* Individual Contact Search Fields:
* Name, Phone numbers, Email, Company, Address, Suburb
* Custom Filters: e.g. All contacts that have an email address but no phone number
* Subscribe to: Auction Reminders, Newsletters, OFI Times, Property Updates, Sales Results
* Group Contact Search Fields:
* Type: Business, Person or Any
* Status: Active, Archived, Do Not Contact, Unsubscribed
* Contact and Custom Classes: Search and select from the drop-down to include and exclude standard or custom contact classes
- If multiple contact classes are selected and match All is NOT checked then the contact must match at least one of the included classes E.g. if Buyer and Buyers Agent was ticked it will only show any contact with the contact class Buyer and/or the contact class Buyer's Agent (they don't require both)
- If match ALL contact classes selected IS checked then the contact record must match all included and excluded classes. E.g. if Buyer, Buyers Agent and match ALL was ticked it will only show contacts that are recorded as both a buyer and a Buyers Agent on their contact card.
Requirements:
* Sale/ Rental: For Sale, For Lease
* Type: Residential, Rural, Commercial, Holiday, Business
* Category: *Note: List of categories depends on the Property Type.
* State: ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA
* Regions: e.g Northern Suburbs, Western Suburbs
* Suburbs: For Example, Ryde, Rhodes, Meadowbank.
* Price from, Bedrooms from, Bathrooms from, Parking from, Land Size from, Building Size from,
* Feature(s): For Example: Air Conditioning, Alarm System, Built-In Wardrobes, Close to Schools.
* Limit Search: defaults to exclude contacts missing criteria searched (e.g. contacts with no preference).
* Assigned Staff.
* Staff Access (Each contact should have one primary owner. However, they may have multiple full access or view only staff attached. You can select staff access when conducting an advanced search, e.g. when generating a target list for your weekly newsletter, you may filter your contacts by 'primary owner' only and send an e-newsletter to only those of your contacts for which you are the primary owner. This will prevent multiple agents targeting the same contacts with the same information.)
* Property Related? (Tick this box if you would like an additional function to search by the address of a property related to a contact.)
* Contact Source: For example, Auto Alerts, Door Knocking, Email Enquiry.
* Created from, Created to, Modified from, Modified to, Last Contact from, Last Contact to, Other Date Type, Other Date From, Other Date To.
* Save Search?
4. Click Search.
5. Your Target List will appear on screen
6. You may sort your Target List via the Sort By drop-down as well as scroll through your list using the Page Numbers (Page Numbers will only appear if the number exceeds the first page limit).
7. Once you have generated your Target List you may generate a Mail Merge, Download the list as a CSV file, send an SMS or an E-Newsletter or print a Contact Report via the Action icons
