Agent Reports

Agent Net Commission Payments*

*Note: additional configuration required for this report, the Debit Credit Commission Module is required.

 

Submit an Agent Net Commission Payment report - per period - for each agent who has a commission profile containing:

- Net Commission to this Agent from all sales which were Settled in the reporting period AND any sales Settled in a previous period which have had any adjustments made in the reporting period.
- Plus / Minus - upon additional configuration - any recurring income/expenses specified in the Agent’s Commission Profile.
- Plus / Minus any ad-hoc debits/credits specified in the Agent’s debit/credits ledger.
- Less any shortfall from the previous period (if applicable).
- Total payment to Agent or debit to carry over to the next period.

Agent Net Commission Report

Displays commission figures for each agent including net commission (what the agent receives from the gross total commission).

Appraisal Accuracy Report

Displays a comparison between the appraisal price vs the selling price to produce an accuracy report. If no appraisal price is entered an accuracy reading is not displayed.

Appraisal Report

Displays a comparison of all appraisal details and whether each appraisal has been converted into a listing, cancelled or missed.

Appraisal Report (For Lease)

Displays a comparison of all appraisals for lease and whether each appraisal has been converted into a rental listing, cancelled or missed.

Auction Clearance

Displays all properties that went to Auction in the specified period. This report lists the number of properties for auction that each staff member has, how many sold at, before or after auction and converts this into a per day and total clearance ratio. These ratios are displayed as percentages.
The report also displays excluded properties, by which their auction date is in the period however has not passed, therefore the properties are still available and not included in the statistics. Users can also select the 'Include Archived Staff' checkbox option to include all active and archived staff where required.

Gross Commission Leaderboard Displays each Agent's Total Gross Commission (Written or Settled) within a specified period ordered from highest to lowest. User's with permission to 'Report on Behalf of' agents will be able to display the Top 5, 10, 25, 50 or 100 Agents ranked Highest to Lowest in the period based on Sales Written or Sales Settled.
Database Usage Report Displays database usage by user within a specified period. Includes how many contacts were added by the user (they can be assigned to someone else), contacts added with a mobile, email and street address, notes and tasks added, number of contacts modified, email, mobile and street address modified. Users can also tick the 'Include Archived Staff' checkbox option to include all active and archived staff where required..
Licence Expiry Report Reports on the Licence Expiry Dates of All Agents, or by Expiry Date, Staff Role etc. This report has the ability to filter by Employee vs Contractor type and Individual Licence vs Corporate Licence type.
List to Sell Clearance Shows properties listed in the specified period. The report lists the total properties listed, properties still on market, total sold and total not sold and calculates the total List:Sell clearance % for each agent. Users can also tick the 'Include Archived Staff' checkbox option to include all active and archived staff where required.
Performance Report Provides a printable summary of the performance tab.
Pipeline Monitor Comparison report listing the number of Prospects, Appraisals, Listing Presentations, Cancelled/Missed, Listed, On Market and Sold properties each staff member currently has or had in a specified date range. Users can also tick 'Include Archived Staff' checkbox option to include all active and archived staff where required.
Staff Members The Staff Members report provides an overview of all Active/Archived Staff Members, their current Access Level and Last Login.
Target Report Performance report comparing staff sales targets (manually entered in their staff card) with how many properties they have actually sold, new contacts created, appraisals, new listings and GCI. This report is also available from the performance tab by clicking on Gross Commission Target, No. of Listings Target or No. of Sales Target. Users can also tick the 'Include Archived Staff' checkbox option to include all active and archived staff where required.
