Reapit Sales + PM Integration: Activation & Referral Assignment
Integration empowers seamless collaboration between Property Management and Sales teams, enhancing workflows and ensuring better service delivery for your owners.
This integration focuses on three key collaboration moments:
1. Referrals Between Teams
- Property Managers can refer owners looking to sell to the sales team via a Sales Appraisal, and sales teams can refer investor-owners back with Rental Appraisals.
- Owners can self-request a Sales Appraisal through the Owner Portal or have one requested on their behalf via PM.
2. Digital Proposals
- Use stunning Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to showcase insights to owners during Owner Intent communications.
3. Visibility for Targeted Prospecting
- Sales teams can view properties under management in Reapit Sales Premium, supporting targeted prospecting aligned with the agency’s goals.
Prior to setting the referral assignee in Reapit Sales you must activate the Integration through Reapit PM Marketplace. Review Reapit PM + Sales Integration: Activation & Sales Appraisals Requests.
System Configuration: Referral Assignment
In order for Appraisal requests from Reapit PM and the Owners' portal to be received in Sales, Master users are required to select the user that will receive the appraisal requests.
1. From the main menu, select My Office and click Edit Details.
2. Navigate to the System Config tab and from the drop down select Referrals Integration.
3. Enter and select the staff member who will be receiving the referrals.
4. Click Save.
Receive Appraisal Requests
On receipt of an appraisal request:
- An email is generated (from Agentbox) to the nominated sales person.
- Details of the Property, Owner and Property Manager are included in the email.
- A task is assigned to the nominated sales person.
- Details of the Property, Owner and Property Manager are included in the task.
Property and contact matching
- On match of a property / contact, the task is also attached.
- Non match of a property / contact, results in a new record being created, and the task is also attached.
Within the property card, on the overview tab, it will show:
- The owner
- The tenant
- The referrer
- A note within the communications history

The ‘Investor’ checkbox on the Offers/Contracts tab in Agentbox tracks if the property is being considered for investment by the buyer(s).

Users are prompted to initiate a referral to the Property Management Team when the listing’s status is changing to Unconditional if the property is being considered for investment by the buyer(s).

The default staff member will triage all referrals.

Configuration allows for a single referral staff member to be configured to receive all referrals in Console Cloud with a fallback to the office email address.

The initial referral assignee will receive an email from Console Cloud notifying them of a new referral.

A task with associated property and contact details will be created, allowing for the initial referral assignee to delegate as required.
