Agentbox and Console Cloud Integration 


 

*Note: Master users are required to select the user that will receive the appraisal requests. 

 

 

 

System Configuration

 

 

1. From the main menu, select My Office and click Edit Details

 

 

2. Navigate to the System Config tab and from the drop down select Referrals Integration. 

 

 

3. Enter and select the staff member who will be receiving the referrals. 

 

 

4. Click Save

 

 

How to enable the integration through Console Cloud:

  1. Navigate to the Marketplace

    • In Console Cloud, navigate to the Marketplace and select the Console & Agentbox tile under Reapit extensions.
       
  2. Select Your User Type

    • Choose whether you are a new or existing user when prompted. Follow the on-screen instructions based on your selection.
       
  3. Support Will Contact You

    • After completing the integration steps, the support team will contact you as part of the standard process

Recieve Appraisal Requests 

 

On receipt of an appraisal request: 

 

  • An email is generated (from Agentbox) to the nominated sales person.
    • Details of the Property, Owner and Property Manager are included in the email. 

 

 

  • A task is assigned to the nominated sales person. 
    • Details of the Property, Owner and Property Manager are included in the task. 

 

 

 

  • Property and contact matching 
    • On match of a property / contact, the task is also attached.
    • Non match of a property / contact, results in a new record being created, and the task is also attached. 

 

 

 

 

Within the property card, on the overview tab, it will show: 

 

  • The owner
  • The tenant
  • The referrer
  • A note within the communications history
     

 

  • The ‘Investor’ checkbox on the Offers/Contracts tab in Agentbox tracks if the property is being considered for investment by the buyer(s).

 

 

  • Users are prompted to initiate a referral to the Property Management Team when the listing’s status is changing to Unconditional if the property is being considered for investment by the buyer(s).

 

 

  • The default staff member will triage all referrals.

    • Configuration allows for a single referral staff member to be configured to receive all referrals in Console Cloud with a fallback to the office email address.

  • The initial referral assignee will receive an email from Console Cloud notifying them of a new referral.

    • A task with associated property and contact details will be created, allowing for the initial referral assignee to delegate as required.
