Agentbox and Move Me In Integration 

 

Note: If only the Move Me In (MMI) integration is used, no further action is required. However, if contact consent is enabled, the Inspection Welcome SMS message must be updated to include a consent link. The Agentbox Support team can enable the Move Me In Integration for your system upon request.

 

This must be done by a master user or a user with the ability to manage templates on behalf of all. 

 

1. Navigate to a listing/contact or property and access the Inspection Welcome SMS template. Replace the prop_web_link merge field with: $consent_prop_web_link and click Save Template. 

 

 

 

2. When checking in attendees to Inspections select to Send Welcome SMS.

 

 

3. Recipients that tap through from the Welcome SMS to view the property details link will be presented with a personalised landing page requesting consent to receive partner updates.

 

 

  • Whether or not partner marketing consent is given, the contact can still tap through to view the property details brochure.

 

 

4. Move Me In monitor for new sales in Agentbox, and if the attached buyer(s) has provided consent, MMI will reach out to them and introduce their services.
