Q: How do I Issue Staff Access?

Q: How do I Reset My Password?
A: To change your password select 'Edit My Profile' in the top right-hand corner of the header. Under the account management section click 'Generate Password'. Here you can use the assigned password or enter your own.
Q: How do I Add a New Page
A: Please submit a Client Change Request via the Help Centre.
Q: How do I change my logo or colours?
A: Please submit a Client Change Request via the Help Centre.
Q: How do I reorder staff?
A: You are not able to reorder staff you can customise if they are to appear in groups on the staff page e.g. Sales Agents, Property Management. You can also customise the order that the groups appear however you cannot change the order of the staff within those groups.

Q: How do I change the number of images in the homepage carousel?
A: You can have up to 10 images/feature properties on rotation in the homepage carousel. To change the default number for your website please submit a Client Change Request via the Help Centre
