Archive Contact
You cannot permanently delete a contact in Agentbox however with the Access Permission Archive Contacts you are able to Archive a contact record. This will remove the contact from your fast find and active searches and remove the contact from reporting. You can reactivate the contact at any time by doing an Advanced Contact Search to locate the contact record ensuring you select to search for Archived Contacts.
1. Search for your Contact open their Contact Card
2. Click to open the Contact Card tab and select Archived from the Status drop-own
*Note: If Archived is not available in the drop-down you do not have the required permissions ticked on your staff card to be able to perform this task. Speak to the master user in your office to update your permissions if required.
3. Click Save to confirm you are happy to archive the contact
Archived contacts can now only be viewed by completing an advance contact search for archived contacts. They will no longer be visible in reports or any other searches.
