Before You Buy (Formerly known as Before You Bid)

*Note: a Before You Buy account with the required subscription is required to enable this integration.

Agentbox integrates with Before You Buy to facilitate requests to arrange Building & Pest Inspection and Strata Reports.
 
Master Users can enable the new integration by entering an API Key (provided by Before You Buy) within the System Configuration: Before You Bid Integration panel.
To setup your Before You Buy account and/or to request your API Key for the Before You Bid Integration, visit www.beforeyoubuy.com.au or email the Before You Buy team at  team@beforeyoubuy.com.au.
 
Once enabled, clicking the Before You Buy button directly from listings in Agentbox will begin the report request process.

1. Search for your Listing and click the Before You Buy icon.

Note: You must enable the integration before this can appear (see above).

2. Select the Report Type: Building & Pest Inspection or Strata Report (NSW Only).

3. Select an agent from the assigned listing agents to act as the Lead Agent for the request.

4. The Lead Agent must be an agent that is connected to your Before You Buy account.
 
5. Select a contact from the assigned listing contacts to act as the Lead Vendor for the request.

*Note: The contact must have a valid email address and mobile number entered in order for the request t be submitted to Before You Buy.

• Additional configuration is also available to have the 'Report Taken' flag automatically updated for Prospective Buyers who have obtained Building & Pest Inspection/Strata reports via Before You Buy.
