Add Capture Email to Realestate.com.au Agent Profiles

To complete the set up of the Leads Capture module, you are required to enter the capture email address in the agent's profile in Agent Admin in the backend of realestate.com.au.

1. Log into REA Agent Admin secure.realestate.com.au

2. Click Manage Profiles

3. Click Edit next to the agent's name

4. In the email field, in the Agents profile in REA enter the following two email addresses;

1) The Agent/Staff Member’s actual email address (e.g ‘john.smith@johnsrealestate.com.au’)

This is to ensure the agent receives leads from realestate.com.au direct to their email address.

and a second email address, separated by a comma:

2) The Office Capture Email e.g. ‘capture@johnsrealestate.agentboxmail.com.au’.
Replace ‘johnsrealestate’ in the this example with your office’s subdomain. This is to ensure leads from realestate.com.au are captured and populated into Agentbox .

Note: The capture email needs to be the last email added to the list.

Your Subdomain is obtained by clicking ? (top right corner)
The Subdomain is located underneath the System ID.
