Capturing Attendees Offline
The Agentbox Mobile App offers an offline mode, which enables you to capture inspection of attendees even in areas with low internet connectivity or when a data plan is unavailable on your device.
Before commencing your open home, ensure that your listings are updated and viewable in the Mobile App while online.
1. Tap on the reminder OFI event and select Add Attendee. Alternatively, you can search for the relevant listing, tap the Activity tab, and select the "+" icon to add an attendee.
2. A banner will alert you if you are offline on the Activity and Add Attendee screens.
3. Type the mobile number to search for an existing contact record. If no contact is found, tap Add New Contact.
4. Complete the attendee details and select Save and Add Another. Each attendee will be queued while in offline mode.
5. Once all attendees have been checked in, those saved in offline mode will appear as "Pending Sync" on the "Activity" tab until you return to online mode.
6. When back online, attendees will automatically be saved.
Note: If an offline attendee matches an existing record during the saving process, a note will be added to the existing contact record with details of any conflicting information that couldn't be saved.
Note: If you do not return to online mode, you will receive a notification every 24 hours alerting you to return to online mode and that you have unsaved inspection attendees. This notification will repeat every 24 hours to ensure all the attendee details captured offline are shared with your database and no data is lost.
