Client Change Request


 

*Note: Only Master Users can request Client Change Requests.
 

Our team are here to assist with making changes to your system and to submit feature suggestions to deliver benefit to the wider Agentbox Community.  All requests must be received via our Client Change Request form.

 

1. You can submit this as a request directly to our Client Success Team by using the Client Change Request form found in the Agentbox Help Centre by clicking on the Help Icon  located in the lower right corner of the system footer. Alternatively, to access the Agentbox Help Centre click on your Name in the top right-hand corner of the header and select Help & Support from the drop-down menu.

 

 

2. Select the appropriate drop down option. 

 

 

3. Fill out the relevant details and click Submit.
