Clone Project Listings

The clone tool allows you to quickly copy existing listings to create similar ones within a project in Agentbox. E.g. you may have 4 x 1 bedroom apartments for sale. If you create one as a listing you can then use the steps below to clone it 3 more times. Once the clones are created you can make the necessary minor changes e.g. adjust price or size without needing to create them completely from scratch. 

1. Search for your Project and open the Project card

2. Click the Add/ Edit Listings tab

3. Click Clone More Listings
 

4. Search for the address of the Property to Clone
 

5. Select Number of times to clone
 

6. Click Save

7. Enter alterations for each new listing, e.g Unit number, Price etc Click the address of the cloned listing to open the full listing card for further editing options. 

8. Click Save

9. New Listings will appear on screen and also under the Associated Listing tab on the Left Project Panel

13. Click the Listing ID e.g.  to view the Property Card for each Listing.

14. Once all relevant information has been entered, changed the status from Offline to Available. 

Tip: If you do not want to individual listing to appear in the property alert, tick 'Hidden Listing' on the general tab. If the status is made available and this remains unticked it will be included as a new listing in the nightly email.
