Commercial Lease Stocklist Report
The Commerical Lease Stocklist report allows users to search for all commerical lease listings by conjunctional agents and provides a printable overview of all commercial lease properties that correspond with these search requirements.
This report also allows users to change the status of a property straight from the report allowing users to manage external listings easily.
1. Click on Reports from the main menu
2. Click on the For Lease Reports tab then click on Commercial Lease Stocklist Report
3. Enter your Search Requirements:
- Period from and to
- Search range
- Listing status
- Authority
- Conjunctional agent details (leave blank to view all)
- Listing agent (leave blank to view all)
- Sort by
- Save report for future use
4. Click Search
5. From the search results you can select Print or Download as CSV

6. To update the status of the listing select from the status drop-down
7. To mark a listing as Leased select leased and enter the Leased Date. Click Yes to complete the status change
8. To mark a listing as Offline select offline and enter the reason and comments. Click Yes to complete the status change.
Reasons:
Archived - please note this listing will be removed from reporting
Pending
Sold/Leased - Other Agent
Withdrawn
