Managing Internal Conjunctional Sales

Commissions can be allocated for agents with roles that attract commission i.e. listing and selling agents, internal conjunction agents (branch model only), and external conjunction agents added to the listing.. Internal Conjunction Agents are agents who exist within a branch database but may not be a part of your office. To allocate commissions via an Internal Conjunction the agent must have a staff card under their relevant office.

1. Ensure all relevant agents and referral agents are added against the listing card via the Agents & Contacts tab > Assign related Agents.

4. Once a listing has moved to unconditional access the Listing Card > Commission to review and save the Office Commission Allocation.

5. Click + to add Internal Conjunctional Office and External Conjunction Agents (if applicable) to the Sale, if not already actioned as part of Mandatory Commission Splits

6. When all external conjunctional agents and offices have been added, set the splits, which can be a % of the total, $inclGST or $exclGST amounts.

7. Click Save Commission.

Agencies can then proceed to allocate commission for agents within their Agency. See our Article on Allocating Agent Commission Splits.  Note: the Primary Listing Office must allocate and save commission between any internal conjunction offices prior to secondary offices being able to manage commission allocation for their agents.
