Convert My Exceptions

1. Click Leads in the main menu to open the leads panel

 


 

 

2. Click the Exceptions Tabs

 

 

3. The reason this has not been processed will be recorded in red. E.g. could not match supplied listing ID with a listing. In this example, you can manually match the lead to a property in Agentbox click on the house icon

  • Search and select the correct property in Agentbox. This will update all exceptions with the same address exception.

4. Use the action icons to Convert a Lead or Delete individual leads

 

5. Click the Contact or Property name to open the related lead or database record

 

6. Use the Tick boxes to bulk select leads to Bulk Convert leads to enquiries or Bulk Delete.
