Core Areas can be of any shape when created in Agentbox, however, must fit within a radius (circle) of up to 1km containing up to 1000 listings. (In high-density areas, a radius smaller than a 1km may be required).
When creating Core Areas.
1. Imagine a radius on the map of up to 1km in size containing up to 1000 properties. In a high-density area, a smaller radius may be required.
2. Draw the Core Area (of any shape) within this radius.
