What is a centralised database?
It is an Agentbox system where multiple offices can operate their data storage management, whilst still being able to retain office level privacy between each other's offices.
What happens after the final data has been extracted from the current system?
Any data that the office will be entering in your existing CRM starting from the extract date will not be included in the migration. We recommend that you inform your team about this and instruct
them to keep their own document/spreadsheet where they can log their data updates starting from the extract date. The listing data is imported from both the current CRM and REA Account.
Will my data import create duplicate listings?
We will match listings between your current CRM against the REA account to ensure that there will be no duplicate listings. If there are any listings that do not have the full match or slightly different records between your existing CRM and REA, we will reach out to you and flag them for your review.
Will we retain our listing photos from my import?
Photos will be sourced exclusively from REA. They need to be updated if they are watermarked with a different brand. The photo quality will be the same as advertised in REA. Any listing not published to REA will not have any photos. The team will need to download them and reupload to the new system.
Will Commissions, Offers & Contracts be included in my import?
We’re only able to include the commissions, offers and contracts scope if the source and target system have the same commission structure.
Will my Trust Accounting data be transferred to the new Agentbox system?
Trust Accounting data is out of scope. If you purchased the Sales Trust module in Agentbox, there will be a separate session post-launch with our Training Team, and they will help you load balances and finalise the setup of your Sales Trust module.
Where can I get a full list of my contact database import?
Advanced Contact search. Please note permissions apply on your staff card, which may restrict your access levels, depending on how it has been configured.
Is the Statement of Information, and other relative documents in scope of my AB to AB migration?
Yes, they are as long as they have been uploaded to your resources tab in the listing on your previous system, prior to your key extraction date.
Will my team's staff card permission set remain the same?
This is subject to your centralised database's preferences.
Will my SMS credits be migrated into my new system?
Yes, they will be.
