Delete Attendees/Enquiries

*Note: Users can now delete enquiries they have created without contacting a master user. No additional permissions have been created for this change.
 

 

 

1. Search for your Property and open the property card


 

2. On the left panel click Prospective Buyers (If the matching left panel is not visible, click Full View in the top right hand corner of the property card)

 


 

3. Click the Contacts/Follow Up button (If you filtered out a particular group in step 4 above only the filtered contacts will appear in the list)
 

4. The list of contact will open
 

 

5. Click the arrow next to the name of the incorrect entry

6. From the drop down click on the incorrect entry

 


 

7. Select Delete to confirm you are happy to delete the entry.
