Delete/Archive Staff

**Note: Archiving a staff member does not adjust your monthly subscription. To adjust your user limit please email support@agentbox.com.au
When a staff member leaves we recommend you archive the staff member. This will remove their access to the database and from your Agentbox Website if applicable.
By archiving the staff member you can still run historical reporting on the staff member and their name will still be assigned to any past sales for reporting purposes only.
In the process of archiving the staff member, you will be able to bulk assign all of their available listings, outstanding tasks, projects, and appraisals to different staff members.
1. Click My Office from the main menu.
2. Type the staff member's name on the Left Panel and the staff member will appear on the staff results panel.
3. Click the staff members name to open their staff card.
4. Select Deleted from the status drop-down menu.
*Note: the staff member can be found by selecting Archived from the drop down menu when searching for a staff member.
When changing a staff member's status from 'Current' to 'Deleted', the following options facilitate a transfer of data to another staff member.
*Note: Use the tabs in their staff card to see what Tasks, Contacts, and Properties are currently assigned to them.
Prospect Properties
Any Prospect Properties that the deleted staff member was assigned to will have the specified 'transfer to' staff member assigned in the same role.
Appraisals/Listings
Any Appraisals or Available Listings that the deleted staff member was assigned to will have the specified 'transfer to' staff member assigned in the same role.
Note: Conditional, Unconditional, Settled, Leased, and Offline listings are not transferred to maintain accurate historical reporting.
Projects
Any Projects that the deleted staff member was assigned to will have the specified 'transfer to' staff member assigned in the same role.
Contacts
Any Contacts that the deleted staff member was assigned to will have the specified 'transfer to' staff member assigned in the same role. The contact transfer does not show up within the contact modifications log.
Tasks
Any Outstanding Tasks assigned to the deleted staff member will be transferred to the specified 'transfer to' staff member.
Note: Completed Tasks are not transferred to maintain accurate historical reporting.
