Edit the Agreed Commission Prior to Sale

 

The agreed commission entered at the Appraisal / Presentation stage can be adjusted during the Listed stage up until the listing becomes Exchanged/Under Contract.
 

With the exception of Flat Fees, the forecasted gross commission shown is calculated based on the Agreed Gross Commission and the Listed (Search Price) of the listing.

 

*Note: The ability to edit the agreed commission for an Available listing is restricted to users with permission to Edit Live Listings / Edit Listing Status.

 

 

1. Search for your Property and open the property card

 

2. Open the Commission Tab


 

3. Click the Edit button

 

 

4. Update the Agreed Gross Commission and click Apply to save changes.
