Email Report
The Email report tracks the number of emails sent in a specified time frame. The report also provides a detailed list provided sent date, sender, email subject and the number of emails sent as well as email statistics. Email statistics list the email recipients, when each recipient opened the email, how many times it was viewed by each recipient and whether they forwarded the email onto someone else.
*Note: permissions may apply when viewing reports.
1. Click on Reports from the Main Menu
2. Click on the General Reports tab then click on Email Report
3. Enter a date range. This report searches using the date the email was sent
4. Select Email/E-Newsletters or Auto Emails from the Email Type drop-down
5. Click Search
6. Here you can see a list of all emails sent in the period and view the number sent, opened, clicked and bounced.
7. Click Email Subject to preview the template that has been sent out
8. Click to Download a CSV file or
to Print a Report or
to take you back to the graph above.
9. Click on the Pie Chart Icon next to the corresponding report to view the Email Marketing Statistics Report
- You can filter results by Opened, Clicked, Unopened and Bounced.
- Click on the contacts name to quickly view/edit their contact details.
- To assist with managing bounced emails;
- Bounced email addresses are highlighted in red if the contact’s email address has not been changed/updated since the email was sent.
- Contact’s that have had their email address updated after the email was sent are displayed with an asterisk prefixing their new/current email address.
