Contract Fallen Over
You can fall over a sale at either conditional or unconditional stage, via the offers/contracts tab. When falling over a sale, you will be prompted to change the listing status to either Available or Offline (Withdrawn). You will also be prompted for the fallen over date which must be greater than the contract date.
*Note: You cannot fall over a settled sale. Do not change the status of a sale to ‘settled’ until settlement has been confirmed as a settled sale cannot be reversed.
1. Search for your Property and open the property card
2. Open the Offers/Contracts Tab & select the offer you are working with
n.b. Make sure to save the commission before you can process the sale as fallen over. Update the commission to a $0.00 balance if you are not receiving the commission for the fallen over sale.

4. Update the Fallen Over Date, Listing Status, Display and Reason
5. Click to confirm status change.
