If you have forgotten your password:
2. Enter your email address and click Submit.
3. A temporary password will be emailed to your email address to log in.

*Note: To activate the new password you must access the system via the log in link within the email.
Master Users can send any user a reset password link. Follow the steps in this video tutorial to learn how. Alternatively, staff members can complete the Forgot Password steps above to obtain a reset link.
1. Click My Office from the main menu.

2. Type the Staff Member's Name on the Left Panel and the staff member will appear on the staff results panel.

3. Click the staff members name to open their staff card.
4. Click the Access tab & reset.
An email will automatically be sent to the email address on the users staff card and will include their new password.
Once they have logged in with their new password, we recommend they change their password to their preferred choice.
