Forgot Password with Reapit Connect

 

 
This article provides guidance on resetting a forgotten password.
 
1. To change your password, click on Forgot your password from the main login page.


Note: When using Agentbox, you must log in through the unique website address provided to you, which will look similar to https://trainingsystem4-training.agentboxcrm.com.au/admin/login. This URL is specific to your organization and ensures secure access.


 
2. You will be asked to enter your username, where an email will be sent with a link to reset your password. 

 
3. After a few minutes, an email similar to the one below should show up in your Inbox (check your Spam / Junk folders if it doesn’t). 

 
4. Enter the verification code in the email on the Reapit Connect login page, along with the new password you would like to use.

 
5. Once your new password is saved, you will be able to log in to Agentbox as usual.
