Q: Will I be notified if a franchise has submitted its franchise return?
A: Yes, once a franchise return has been submitted the nominated email address during the setup process will receive the return for the office. You are able to review if an office has not submitted their return within the Head Office System via Report - Franchise Reports - Sub Office Franchise Report. This will show the status as Pending, highlighting that the office has not submitted their report.
Q: What are adjustments appearing on an offices franchise return?
A: Adjustments are applied to franchise returns when a change in commission values has been made against the listing of a previously reported settled listing. The report will outline the difference in values from the original submission and calculate the franchise fee based on the difference. This retains the record of the original submission and shows that a change was made and thus reflects in the month this occurs.

Q: How can I update the email recipient address(es) for franchise returns?
A: Submit a Change Request through the Help Centre and our team will update the recipient email address(es)
Q: Can I report on an office that has left my network?
A: Yes, you are able to view the franchise reports in the Head Office system that have been submitted by an office that is no longer part of the network.
Q: The franchise fee has changed, how can I get this updated?
A: The Franchise Fee is calculated based on the rate at the time the listing is marked as unconditional. Upon a change being made to the franchise fee, any listings future listings will have the new rate applied.
Q: An office has advised that they have made a mistake in their franchise report after it has been submitted. Can we have the report re-opened to edit and re-submit?
A: No, once a Franchise report has been submitted no further changes can be made. Any changes to the commission tab of a settled listing can be made and will reflect as an Adjustment in your next return.
