Performance Panel - Franchise Reporting

With the Franchise Reporting Module enabled in your system, you will see additional information within the Performance Panel.

 

1. Navigate to the Performance icon on the main menu.

 

 

2. The Performance Panel will open and you will see in red, additional information that is based on your reported sales as part of your franchise reporting.

 

  • Gross Comm Reported (exGST): Displays the total gross commission excluding GST that has been reported as per the last month that a franchise report has been submitted.
  • Properties Sold (Reported):  Displays the total number of properties that have been marked as unconditional and have been reported as per the last month that a franchise report has been submitted.
  • Value of Properties Sold (reported): The total sale value of properties marked as unconditional and that have been reported as per the last month that a franchise report has been submitted.

 

As an example and as pictured below, the total number of Properties Sold within the specified period is 5. The Properties Sold (Reported) shows 4 under the Split column. As of the last submitted franchise return of April 2019, 4 sold/unconditional properties had been reported, thus the 5th property showing above (Properties Sold) has been updated to sold/unconditional after April 2019 and will be reflected in the next franchise return period.

 

 

The same methodology is applied to Gross Comm Reported and Value of Properties Sold (Reported). The Total column reflects the total value at the time of viewing the performance panel with the reported values in the Split column showing the total as per the last submitted franchise report.

 

Depending on the specified period selected when generating the performance panel, the values across both columns may be the same or differ to give a true reflection of actual values versus reported values.
