Franchise Reports

The Franchise Reports menu allows you to access the reports that are required for submitting your Franchise Returns and also for reviewing sales that are included therein.

 

Franchise Reports

Unconditional Sales

(Individual Office)

Summary view of all unconditionally exchanged properties by unconditional date or reported date within the specified date range and specified year to date.

 

Outstanding Sales

(Individual Office)

Summary view of all sales awaiting settlement and the forecast commission based on settlements within 30, 60 and 90 day periods (periods calculated by the time in between the date the report is generated and the expected settlement date). Sales that have actually settled in the reporting period are included for reconciliation purposes.

Settled Sales

(Individual Office)

Summary view of all settled properties by reported date or settled date within the specified date range and specified year to date.

 

Franchise Return

(Individual Office)

Displays the total value of settled sales and gross commission attracted for those sales, fees payable, and additional office income reported for the selected month and year.

Franchise Reports to Head Office
(Individual Office)

This report is submitted on a monthly basis by each sub-office and includes by default all reporting information outlined in the reports within this section: Unconditional Sales, Outstanding Sales, Settled Sales, and the Franchise Return.

 

Specific information outlined within the specified period includes a summary of settled sales, adjustments affecting Franchise Fees, unconditional sales, outstanding sales awaiting settlement, period total, YTD summary for each agent based on their unconditional and settled sales.

 

For users of our latest version of Franchise reporting, this will also include commission paid/received prior to settlement with Staged Commission Payments.
