Generate Property Stocklist

 
A property stocklist is a list of properties e.g. Rental List, with images that can be handed out to prospective Buyers or Tenants. The properties included in this report are based on an advanced contact search. 
 

 

1. Click the Reports icon from the Main Menu

 

 

2. Click the Stocklist Reports category on the left panel


3. Select the report you wish to generate 

 

*Note: The internal stocklist will contain confidential property information. The For Sale, For Lease and Open Homes Report are designed for external use. If you would like to customise the design and content of this report please submit a client change request. 

 

4. Enter Search Requirements to refine your Stocklist.

 


 

5. Click Search

 

6. The results will appear

 

 

7. You can now use the action icons to export your report as a CSV or Print as HTML. Please refer to Printer Settings
*Note: If the report does not open ensure your browser is not blocking pop-ups
