Google Workspace (Gmail) Sync Configuration



*Note: Master Users Only
 

How do I configure my Google Workspace (Gmail) sync settings?

 

 

 

1. Click My Office from the main menu

 

 

2. Type the staff member's name on the Left Panel and the staff member will appear on the staff results panel

 


 

3. Click the staff members name to open their staff card

 

4. Click the Connections tab and select Google from the drop-down

Leave this unticked if you do not wish to allow users to manage their own sync settings (Master users will be able to adjust these on their behalf)

 

6. Google Account Settings: Click   
 - An additional browser tab will open, requesting your Google Account Details. Tick the 3 additional permissions boxes as shown below, then click on "Continue'


 

The Contacts, Calendar, and Task configuration options will appear. All options are disabled by default. Enable the desired option(s) by proceeding as follows

 

7.Google Contacts Configurations:
- Sync Status - Select one way or two way sync

- Sync Contact Class - Select the contact classes you wish to sync and whether you wish to retain or delete contacts in Google, that have been removed from Agentbox

- Sync Contact Ownership - Select Primary Owner Only from Custom/Special Class to restrict to Primary contacts only. If not select it will sync all contacts the agent is assigned to as Primary Owner, Full Access or View Only. 

- Sync Option - Select whether you wish to retain or delete contacts in Google, that have been removed from Agentbox.

- Perform an initial sync by clicking  

 

8. Google Calendars Configuration

- Sync Status - Select one way or two way sync

- Sync Option - Select whether you wish to retain or delete complete entries in Google. Tick options if you would like tasks to appear in your Google Calendar, and if you would like appraisal and inspection times to display

- Perform an initial sync by clicking  

 

9. Google Tasks Configuration

- Sync Status - Select one way or two way sync

- Sync Option - Select whether you wish to retain or delete complete tasks in Google, that have been completed in or removed from Agentbox.

- Perform an initial sync by clicking
