The Head Office module is its own individual contacts database that can be used differently based on the requirements of the business. Below is an outline of two common scenarios:

The Head Office module consolidates all listings from the individual office databases therefore  Property Updates can be enabled that would allow a prospective buyer to receive an update on any listing that meets their requirements from all offices rather than just the individual office.  Creating a prospective buyer database within the Head Office module can streamline communication for a brand and expose clients to more properties.

Options for creating a centralised prospective buyer database may vary per client, however, most common is via an import csv file or a registration form on a website (if compatible) that will allow not only clients but agents to register prospective buyers requesting this level of information. The contact and their requirements can be created instantaneously within the Head Office module and updated as required.
