Introduction - Head Office & Franchise Reporting

The Agentbox Head Office system allows Real Estate Networks to have a centralised Head Office database and attached individual systems for each of their offices that are part of the group.

An additional module that can be added to this system is Franchise Reporting. This allows for Franchisees to submit a Franchise Return once per month for the previous month's figures via individual office system so that Franchise fees can be accurately calculated, collated, and reported on by Head Office. The Franchise Return Report is based on a monthly reporting cycle and will include any unconditional and settled sales that have occurred within that period plus adjustments to settled/unconditional sales from previous periods.
