Database Usage Report
(Head Office)

Displays database usage by user within a specified period within the Head Office system. Includes how many contacts were added by the user (they can be assigned to someone else), contacts added with a mobile, email and street address, notes and tasks added, number of contacts modified, email, mobile, and street address modified. 

License Expiry Report

(Head Office & Individual Offices)

Report on the Licence Expiry Dates of all agents in the Head Office and/or sub-office systems by Expiry Date, Staff Role etc. This report has the ability to filter by Employee vs Contractor type and Individual Licence vs Corporate Licence type.

Staff Members

(Head Office)

The Staff Members report provides an overview of all Active/Archived Staff Members across the Head Office system.
Staff from the sub-offices are included in the report, although their access level within the sub-office systems is not outlined.

Bulk Actions

(Head Office)

This report provides a full audit history of all bulk actions performed on contacts in the Head Office system (e.g. mass edits to contact classes, contact status, assigned staff & subscriptions).

Contact Anniversary
(Head Office)

This report shows Contact's contact details, status, contact classes, assigned staff and associated 'anniversary date' for all contacts with an anniversary date, birthday, or other custom defined contact anniversary dates in a period within the Head Office system.

Contact Class Statistics
(Head Office)

This report provides the total number of contacts currently in each Contact Class within the Head Office system. The Report can be filtered based on Contact First Created, Last Modified, or Last Contact date in the selected date range with options to filter by Contact Status, Contact Source, Class Type (standard vs custom) & Agents.

Contact Created Report
(Head Office)

Displays the number of contacts assigned to each staff member in the Head Office system. Categorises the contacts into 8 categories: contacts created with just the contact details, existing contacts modified in the date range, contacts with notes added in the date range, contact details and buyer requirements added, total active contacts, active contacts with an email address, active contacts with buyer requirements and total contacts that have unsubscribed.

Contact Source Report
(Head Office)

Comparison report of where the contacts came from and how they found out about the Network/Head Office.

Contact Suburb Breakdown
(Head Office)

An overview of where office or agent contacts live within the Head Office system. This report can also be refined by contact class for example: buyer or vendor, providing insight into possible target areas.

Contact Unsubscribed Report
(Head Office)

Lists the date, contact, and specific subscription the contact has unsubscribed from within the Head Office system. This displays contacts that have personally unsubscribed from office marketing material using the unsubscribe link in the e-newsletter.

CSV Download Report
(Head Office)

This report shows all contact exports per staff member within the Head Office system in the period, the number of contacts and the subtotals per staff member. Master Users can also download an exact copy of the export file (for all new exports which occur from today onwards).
 

Reminder: the 'Download Contact CSV' permission can be removed from any User within the Head Office system who should not have this ability.

All Unconditional Sales Status
(Individual Offices)
This report outlines properties with an unconditional status within a specified date range. The report can be generated for an individual sub-office or all sub-offices.
Auction Status
(Individual Offices)

This report outlines Auction listings within a specified date range. The report can be generated for an individual sub-office or all sub-offices.

Email Report
(Head Office)
Master Users can view the number of emails, e-newsletters, or auto emails sent in a certain time frame from the Head Office System. The report also provides a detailed list provided sent date, sender, email subject, and the number of emails sent as well as email statistics.

Email statistics list the email recipients, when each recipient opened the email, links clicked and emails bounced. Staff can view reports on their emails and e-newsletters sent. Only Master users can see the email analytics for ALL users and Admin can see emails they have created and sent.
Print/Download History
(Head Office)
This report shows a history of each users print and download actions performed within the Head Office System. Master users have the ability to download a copy of what was printed/downloaded. 
SMS Credit Purchases
(Head Office)
This report provides a summary of SMS credits purchased within the Head Office System.
SMS Credit Audit
(Head Office)
This report provides an SMS audit summary showing credit purchases, adjustments, spend, and transfers. The report can be filtered further by staff member.
SMS Credits Consumed
(Head Office)
This report allows master users to view the total number of SMS credits consumed in a date period within the Head Office System. The report can be filtered further by staff member.

SMS History

(Head Office)

Number of SMS sent by each staff member within the Head Office System. Includes a detailed overview including date, sender, SMS subject, and number of SMS sent.

A list of all rental properties relating to the specified search requirements. This can be generated as a complete list showing all properties listed across the sub-offices attached to the Head Office System. This report includes the property photo and related agents details, ideal for issuing to prospective tenants. 

For Sale

(Individual Offices)

A list of all sale properties relating to the specified search requirements. This can be generated as a complete list showing all properties listed across the sub-offices attached to the Head Office System. This report includes the property photo and related agents details, ideal for issuing to prospective tenants. 

Open Homes Report
(Individual Offices)
A list of all properties with inspections within the previous or upcoming 7, 14, 21 or 28 days. This can be generated as a complete list showing all properties listed across the sub-offices attached to the Head Office System.
