Hide Price on Website and Portals

You can hide the advertised price for available and sold listings in your database. The steps and logic are different for available listings vs sold properties.

To hide the price on Available listings:

1. Search for your Property and open the Property Card

2. Click on the For Sale tab of the listing card

3. Remove the price from the Display Price field and replace with text e.g. Contact Agent.

  • Search Price - Numeric value only that is hidden to the public, used to determine the search range on your website and the various portals e.g. Realestate.com.au and Agentbox websites will calculate a % range either side of this figure.
  • Search Price Range - Ability to add/edit a Search Price Range for residential listings when exporting to portals (supported by limited portals only)
  • Display Price - This is the advertised price and can include all characters and symbols. Maximum 50 characters permitted if exporting to realestate.com.au
  • Quote Price - This is for Internal visibility only and will show on the Standard Internal Stocklist. This field assists other staff within the office to accurately quote the price guide to prospective buyer enquiries.

To hide the sold price on Under Contract/Sold listings:

1. Search for your Property and open the Property Card

2. Click on the Offers/Contract tab of the listing card and click the Edit icon next to the relevant sale.

The process varies slightly per Portal Status selected in the Yellow Box.

Portal Status

Available (Under Contract only) - You can edit the Display Price field. This is the advertised price and can include all characters and symbols. Maximum 50 characters permitted if exporting to realestate.com.au. The Contract Price is the actual agreed sale price and will not be displayed to the public in this example.

  • Under Contract or Sold - When you select Under Contract or Sold as the Portal Status you are given the additional option to choose a Sold Price
    • Confidential - The Display Price will not be exported to the portals. If you would like to also hide the price from your Agentbox Website and E-Newsletters etc you will need to update the Display Price field.
    • Display - If you choose to display the sale price on the portals it is important to note it will display the actual Contract Price for the sale not the Display Price. The portals do not accept the option of sending a custom Sold Price. Again for Agentbox Website and E-newsletters you can update the Display Price field as required.
