Homepass Configuration


*Note: Only Master Users can access this configuration location.

 

Agentbox has the ability to configure default settings for all new contacts added to the database via Homepass 'check-in'. 

 

To activate this feature please email support@agentbox.com.au with your activation request.

 

1. Click My Office on the main menu.

 

 

2. Click Edit Details on the left panel.

 

 

3. Click the System Configuration tab.

 

 

4. Select Homepass from the Configuration Option drop-down

 


 

5. The following options are available to be configured:

  • Add Requirements - Auto add buyer/tenant search requirements based on the inspected property
  • Subscribe - Auto subscribe contacts to Newsletters, Property Updates, etc.
  • Assign homepass agent - Assign the check-in Agent (Homepass User) as Primary Owner or Full Access
  • Assign all listing agents - Auto assign the Listing Agents of the property inspected

 


 

6 Click Save.
