How to Activate Prospector

1. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

 

 

 

2. Select Manage Subscriptions.

 

 

 

3. Select the Activate button next to Prospector. 

 

 

 

4. Select Activate. 

 

 

 

5.  The activation will then take place.

*Note: This may take some time, but you can follow the progress bar. 

 

 

 

6. The Prospector Module is now activated. Click Ok.

*Note: Master Users have now been provided with the 'Access Prospector' and 'Manage Core Areas' permissions, which can be provided to other users as required via their Staff Card. 

 

 

 

 

  • Within Manage Subscription, Prospector will say Activated.
