Manage Individual User SMS Credits
Please refer to these tutorials if your system is configured with Individual User SMS Credits.
If you would like to change to this configuration please submit a client change request to request Individual SMS Credits.
Under this configuration:
- Individual Users have their own dedicated allocation of credits.
- Credits can be purchased for or transferred to active Users that have permission to ‘Send SMS’.
- Regular Users can purchase SMS credits for Team members or transfer their own credits to Team members.
- Users with ‘Manage Office SMS Credits’ permission can purchase SMS credits on behalf of any User within their Office/s or transfer credits between any Users within their Office/s (includes primary and additional Offices).
Note:
- Credits must be allocated to an Individual User before they can be consumed. Master Users can manage unallocated credits.
- Users will always consume their own individual credit regardless of on whose behalf the message was sent.
- If permission is removed from a User with existing credit, their credit will need to be transferred before it can be consumed.
- All changes to credits are logged for audit purposes.
1. Click Your Name in the top right-hand corner, from the drop-down box select Manage SMS Credits
2. A box will appear that will give you the option to manage SMS credits
- Master Users: Can see any system or unallocated credits plus a list of staff members who have permission to 'Send SMS'

WITH Manage Office SMS Credits Permission: Cannot see any system or unallocated credits but can see a list of staff members who have permission to 'Send SMS' -
Non-Master
WITHOUT Manage Office SMS Credits Permission: Can only see their name plus any members of their team with permission to 'Send SMS'
3. Click the Actions icon next to the System Credits (Master Users Only) or User Credits to Purchase SMS Credits, Transfer SMS Credits to / from This Account and View Last 30 Days Logs

Purchase Individual User SMS Credits
Navigate to the Purchase SMS Credits user manual page.
If you would like to change to this configuration please submit a client change request to request Individual SMS Credits.
1. Click Your Name in the top right-hand corner, from the drop-down box select Manage SMS Credits
2. A box will appear that will give you the option to manage SMS credits
- Master Users: Can see any system or unallocated credits plus a list of staff members who have permission to 'Send SMS'

WITH Manage Office SMS Credits Permission: Cannot see any system or unallocated credits but can see a list of staff members who have permission to 'Send SMS' -
Non-Master
WITHOUT Manage Office SMS Credits Permission: Can only see their name plus any members of their team with permission to 'Send SMS'
3. Click the Actions Icon next to the System Credits (Master Users Only) or User Credits and select Purchase SMS Credits
4. Select if the purchase is for System Credits (Master Users Only) or User Credits, enter the quantity, billing details and select Proceed to Continue to Payment Screen
5. Credits will be applied instantly upon successful payment and a Tax Invoice / Receipt will be available to download on the confirmation page. You can now Send SMS, Transfer SMS Credits to/from This Account and View Last 30 Days Logs.
Transfer Individual User SMS Credits
If you would like to change to this configuration please submit a client change request to request Individual SMS Credits.
1. Click Your Name in the top right-hand corner, from the drop-down box select Manage SMS Credits
2. A box will appear that will give you the option to manage SMS credits
- Master Users: Can see any system or unallocated credits plus a list of staff members who have permission to 'Send SMS'

WITH Manage Office SMS Credits Permission: Cannot see any system or unallocated credits but can see a list of staff members who have permission to 'Send SMS' -
Non-Master
WITHOUT Manage Office SMS Credits Permission: Can only see their name plus any members of their team with permission to 'Send SMS'. They can transfer FROM their own credits but cannot transfer FROM a team member.
3. Click the Actions Icon next to the System Credits (Master Users Only) or User Credits and select Transfer SMS Credits From this Account or Transfer SMS To This Account
4. Select to transfer from/to System Credits (Master Users Only) or Individual Users, enter the quantity, tick to agree to conditions and select Transfer.
5. On transfer completion, the credits will be automatically applied. You can now Send SMS, Purchase SMS Credits and View Last 30 Days Logs.
View Last 30 Day Log for Individual Users
1. Click Your Name in the top right-hand corner, from the drop-down box select Manage SMS Credits
2. A box will appear that will give you the option to manage SMS credits.
- Master Users: Can see any system or unallocated credits plus a list of staff members who have permission to 'Send SMS'

WITHOUT Manage Office SMS Credits Permission: Can only see their name plus any members of their team with permission to 'Send SMS'.
3. Click the Actions Icon next to the System Credits (Master Users Only) or User Credits and select View Last 30 Days Logs
Here you can view ALL incoming and outgoing credits over the past 30 days for accounts you have access to manage.
4. Click to Download a CSV file or
to Print a Report.
