Set default settings e.g. subscription options to new contacts created via Inspection Attendance.
1. Click on My Office on the main menu.

2. Click on Edit Details on the left panel.

3. Click the System Configuration tab.

4. Select Inspection Configuration from the Configuration Option drop-down.

*Note: The following defaults applied can be manually adjusted per attendee if required when adding attendees.
Welcome SMS: Select the default options to configure your Welcome SMS
Always On - Welcome SMS will display within the app and be ticked
Remember Last Preference -
Always Off (Allow user to bypass)
Disabled
Welcome SMS Template: Select the template to be used when sending Welcome SMS's to Inspection Attendees via the Mobile App.
Welcome SMS Sender: Select the sender to be used when sending Welcome SMS's to Inspection Attendees via the Mobile App.
*Note: If the Welcome SMS Sender is set to "Main Listing Agent" and the Inspection Agent does not have permission to send on behalf of the Main Listing Agent, the message will be sent from the Inspection Agent's mobile number.



Self Check-In: Turn the functionality for self check-in via QR code on or off.
Mandatory Fields: Select mandatory fields for check-in from a list of Mobile and Email, Mobile or Email, Mobile only or Email only
Data Collection Notice: Outline your data collection policy for attendees. The default notice is set as The details you provide will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on our website.
However, you can update this to alternate text if desired. The notice will appear for open home attendees on the screen where they input their contact details to successfully check-in.
Check-in Instructions: Outline the steps that attendees will need to take to successfully check-in. The default is set as 1) Scan the QR code, 2) Enter your details, 3) Display the confirmation screen to the agent upon entry
However, you can update this to alternate steps if desired. The instructions appear on the printable QR code brochure that can be generated via the OFI tab of a listing card.
