Key Data Entry for Accurate Reporting

It is important to enter information correctly into Agentbox to get the most out of the reporting and performance features.

Key things that affect reports;

  • For target reporting each agent’s targets must be entered in their staff card via the targets tab.
  • All dates and prices need to be entered correctly on a listing. If you have already converted an appraisal to a listing you can add/edit the appraisal and listing presentation dates and prices via the resources tab of the listing card.
  • Agents will only receive recognition in the reporting if they are assigned to the property correctly in the agents and contact tab.

‘Listing Agent’

   ‘Selling Agent’ (the selling agent only needs to be assigned if different to the listing agent) ‘Conjunctional Agent’ (attach as a related contact to the listing if applicable)

  • You can assign multiple agents with the same roles however this will affect their split in reporting e.g. if 2 listing agents are attached they will only get recognition for half of the listing in reports such as number of new listings
  • If you would like to add additional agents to the listing for display on the website but do not want them to get recognition in reporting ensure they are assigned with the role ‘Property Assistant’ or ‘Associate Agent’
  • The Offers & Contracts tab must be completed and all dates entered correctly for reporting
  • Archiving will remove listings and contacts from reporting. Use alternative methods to hide from website if applicable.
