Checklist

1. Identify Office Capture Email Address
2. Update agent profiles in the back end of REA
3. Assign Staff Access to Leads Capture
4. Review auto-processing configuration (steps below)

Leads Capture Set Up Overview: Realestate and Domain enquiries

Edit System Configuration Options

1. Click on My Office from the Main Menu

2. Click the Edit Details button on the Left Panel

3. Click on the System Config. tab

4. Select Leads from the Configuration Option drop-down

Auto Processing - If this is turned on, any lead (excluding exceptions) will automatically be converted to a contact and an enquiry record against a property.

Fallback enquiry source - If no enquiry source is specified, this allows you to set what category should be assigned.

Enquiry Sources - This section allows you to specify what Agentbox Enquiry Source should be used for the lead. For example if the lead has come through Inspect Real Estate as AllHomes you can set that to be Internet - Other in Agentbox or any other category that you have created e.g. you may create AllHomes as a category.

If you would like to add/edit your Agentbox Enquiry Sources this can be done via My Office > System Configuration > System Configuration [Advanced] > Property Options - Enquiry Class *Note: Master Users Only
 

Auto Processing Defaults

* Blank Surnames - If set to Allow contacts without a surname can be converted manually or automatically. If this is ‘Not Allowed’ they will be moved to Exceptions for manual processing.

* Contact Class Sale - Allows you to specify what Agentbox Contact Class will be assigned to contact leads for Sale listings.

* Contact Class Lease - Allows you to specify what Agentbox Contact Class will be assigned to contact leads for Lease listings.

* Subscribe - Allows you to automatically subscribe contacts to your mailing lists.

* Add requirements - Allows you to automatically assign buyer requirements to contacts based on the features of the property they have enquired about.
