Left Property Panel 

If you are unable to view the left panel, click Full View in the top right-hand corner of the main property panel.

• Communication History: This section will display all the communications including SMS, Email, E-Newsletters, Letters and Notes relating to the current property.
• Listing Details: This section provides a snapshot of key dates and information relating to the property e.g. Agency Expiry, Appraisal Date, Sold Date, Sold Price etc.
• Prospective Buyers/Tenants: This section will display all the Logged Enquiries, Offers Made and Contract Requests relating to the current property being viewed, you can also communicate to this list of contacts and log offers and contract requests. You can also access the Vendor/Landlord Activity Report through this section.
• Inspections & Feedback: This section allows you to log feedback from Inspections and access to the Vendor/Landlord Activity Report.
• Activity Schedules: This section allows you to view and delete all the activity schedules that have been applied to the property.
• Property Modifications Log: This section allows users to view all changes to the property, it keeps a record of the date, time and which user made the change.
• Comparative Market Analysis: This section provides links to current listings and recent sales similar to the current property on realestate.com.au and domain.com.au
