Insert and Clean Hidden Letter Spacing

 
When creating letter templates it is important to insert plain text and add the spacing in manually. Do not copy from programs like Word which will insert hidden spacing. Refer to Create a Letter Template for more information.
 
To insert a single line space hold the CTRL key + Enter at the same time.
To insert a paragraph space click Enter

Please see the steps below for clearing the hidden HTML text: 

1. Open the Letter Template in the Editor and copy the Letter Text

 

 

2. On your web browser go to  https://html-online.com/editor/

 

3. Paste the letter text into the left side HTML, then click on Clean

 

 

4. Copy the HTML from the right side after the HTML has been cleaned

 

 

5. Paste the HTML Text into the HTML Source Editor in Agentbox as per the steps below. Click update once added and then preview.
