Listing Icons for Prospective Buyers within the Activity Tab

 

1. Within the listing, navigate to the Activity tab.

 

 

The (i) symbol means that the prospective buyer or tenant has enquired about the property.

 



The Open Door means that the prospective buyer or tenant inspects the property.

 



The Dollar Sign ($) means they have made an offer against the listing.

 



The Pencil means that the prospective buyer or tenant has a note added to their contact card and the listing.

 



The Scribe with a notepad means they have been emailed the contract documents.

 



The Tick inside a box means to follow up.

 


The flag means they have been flagged as having ongoing interest.

 



You are able to see if the interest has been set being seeing Hot, Warm or Cold, next to the contact.
