Log a Phone Call


 

 

 

 

1. Search for your Contact open their Contact Card

 

 

2. Click the Note Icon


3. Input the Note Date

 

4. Select Phone Call - Inbound or Phone Call - Outbound from the Category drop-down as applicable

 

 

 

5. For the Category Phone Call - Outbound select the Outcome as Connected, Left Voicemail or No Answer

 

 

6. Input your Headline and Description as applicable

 

 

7. Assign a Property as applicable

 

 

8. Select to Publish Note if you would like all relevant staff to view the note

 

9. Select to Add as a Task if applicable

 

 

10. Click Save to log your phone call.
