Manage Listings


 

The Head Office module provides a consolidated view of listings associated to the individual offices connected to the Head Office module. Updates to listings (price, copy, photos etc) are required to be made within the individual office system.
 

Searching for Listings

 
There are multiple ways to search for listings within the Head Office module:
 
1. Search via the main menu:  selecting search will display all available listings

2. Universal search: search for a specific listing, project, contact (within the Head Office Module) or staff member

3. Advanced Property Search: create a target list of properties by a staff member or office.

 

 

Listings View

 

The Head Office module provides an overview of all available listings associated with the individual offices. Key information to note about listings as follows:

 

1. Overview:  provides an overview of address, property attributes, office, upcoming inspections, access information, listing agents, first created and last modified dates

2. Listing Details: provides a summary of key listing details: auction date, days on market, commission. agency expiry date, on market date

 

3. Quick action tools: 

4. Communication History:  displays all the communications including SMS, Email, E-Newsletters, Letters and Notes relating to the current property

 

5. Comparative Marketing Analysis:  provides links to current listings and recent sales similar to the current property on realestate.com.au and domain.com.au
