Managing Tasks 



In this article you will learn to:

  • Add a task
  • Edit a task
  • Snooze a task
  • Complete a task

 

Add a task: 

 

1. In the Reminders section, tap on the Tasks tab. Click the green plus button in the bottom right-hand corner. 

 

 

2. Enter a headline and description 

 

 

3. Select date and time

 

 

4. Select a related contact

 

 

5. Select a related listing

 

 

 

6. Select a related property 

 

 

7. Assign a Staff Member and click 'apply'

 

 

8. Tap the save button

 

 

Edit a task

 

1. In the Reminders section, tap on the Tasks tab and select the task you would like to edit. 

 

 

2. Tap on the 3 dots and click 'Edit'. 

 

 

3. Update any required information. 

 

 

4. Once you have completed editing, tap Save 

 

 

Snooze a Task:

 

1. Users can snooze upcoming tasks by clicking into the task and selecting 'Snooze'. 

 

 

2. Update due date/time selections

 

 

 

3. Click 'Save'

 

 

Complete a Task:

 

1. Tap on the tick box and it will turn green.
 

 

2. Swipe down to refresh. It will then disappear off the page.
