Marketing Plan/Proposal

*Note: Only Master Users can access this configuration location.

Agentbox has the ability to generate a PDF Marketing Plan/Campaign Proposal document for an Appraisal/Listing that includes a table of the marketing/expense items applied with various layout options.

Here offices are able to configure the header, colour scheme, default table layout and include additional pages of custom content such as payment options, vendor sign off, terms/conditions/disclosures, etc.

1.Click My Office on the main menu.

2. Click Edit Details on the left panel.

3. Click the System Configuration tab.

4. Select Marketing Plan/Proposal from the Configuration Option drop-down.

5. Set the Configuration Details, Fonts, colours and the Header Configuration. n.b. for agencies in a branch or multi office you may need to select the relevant office first

6. Complete the Marketing Default Layout Options and add any additional pages you need.

You can add up to 10 additional pages.
When adding additional pages you can switch to full screen editing mode by clicking the full screen icon . Once you have finished editing click again to return.

7. Click Save to finalise the template.

How to Upload and insert Custom Images into Additional Pages

1. Click the Custom Upload icon .

2. Drag and Drop files from computer or click Select Files.

3. Select the image you want to upload and click Open.

4. Click Upload.

5. Select the insert image icon .

6. Select the image from the image list drop-down.

7. Image will appear in window.

8. You can edit the positioning and dimensions of the image in the Appearance tab.

9. Click Insert.

10. Click Save.
