Agent Net Commission Report

The Agent Net Commission Report displays commission figures for each agent for a defined period. 

1. Access the Agent Net Commission Report via the Reports Menu > Agent Reports > Agent Net Commission Report

2. Select your search criteria, including:

• Period From and To
• Search Range (Unconditional Date, Settled Date etc.)
• Current Listing Status
• Agent

3. Select to Include Columns

4. Hit Search

Results will display showing the net commission to the agent based on the search range. Users will be able to see the Gross Commission earnings, Deductions made at a listing level, Agent Split, Net to Agent and Net to Office based on the search criteria. 

This can be viewed for each listing or total figures at the bottom of the report. 

5. Results should be reviewed to ensure all commission allocations are entered and saved. If any listing is showing a $0 value click through to the listing via the Address column and update commission splits. 

The report can be refreshed by clicking on Report Results tab

6. Once all Commission Splits have been reviewed you are able to print the report via the print icon on the top right hand of the report or download the report to CSV.
