Performance


 


In Performance a user can view a snapshot of actual verse target data at an individual agent or total office level

A standard user can view only their target verse actual data.

  • Every metric has a drill down report (click on the metric title) & accompanying graph (Click graph icon ) with the ability to layer comparison metrics
  • You can view relevant metrics by Financial Year, Calendar Year, specific month and includes both totals and agent split e.g. total sales (agent involved) and total sales (attributable to agent)

Gross Commission Target The total gross commission target entered for the specified date range. Target Report
Gross Commission The actual gross commission earnt on all properties with a Sold Date in the selected period.
Agent total is based on all sales where the agent is attached as the 'Listing' or 'Selling' Agent
Agent split is based on the agent's gross commission split entered

No. of Listings Target The total number of new listings entered as a target for the specified date range. Target Report
New Listings The number of properties listed in the selected period based on the Listing Date.
Agent total is total number of listings where the agent is attached as the 'listing' agent
Agent split is calculated based on an equal split between the number of 'listing' agents on each listing
No. of Listings (For Sale) : Listing Date
New Listings on Market The number of properties that were made 'Available' in the selected period

Value of New Listings The sum of the 'search price' for all properties listed in the selected period based on the Listing Date.

Average Listing Value The average of the 'search price' for all properties listed in the selected period based on the Listing Date.

No. of Sales Target The total number of sales entered as a target for the specified date range. Target Report

No. of New Contacts The total number of new contacts that have been added to the database in the selected period
Agent total is based on all contacts where the agent is attached per the office default setting configurable via System Configuration [General] > Report Options. If multiple agents receive credit for a new contact created the data aggregates to provide the correct Team and Office totals

*On Market Date The on market date is the date the listing status is changed to Available  
*Sold Date The sold date is activated once the sale status becomes unconditional but is based on the original contract signed date  
*Off Market Date The off market date is the date the listing status is changed from Available to under contract / sold / leased / withdrawn, etc
